This magnificent International Style (Bauhaus) building was designed in 1932 by Salomon Gepstein and is located at the Old Town Hall Sq. in Tel Aviv.

Diss is Culture Director Nava Dissentshik bought it (together with designer Bubi Luxenburg) for Ronald Lauder a billionaire art collector.

DIC Director Ronnie Dissentshik then supervised the renovation project (executed by Luxenburg and Architect Nahum Cohen).

In the course of this project Ronnie reached an agreement with city on behalf of Louder which resulted in the renovation of 29 Idelson St. (designed by Dov Carmi) . Together with the Gottesman residence on 21 Hess St. a live Bauhaus museum was created in Tel Aviv.
