Lorenzo House Jerusalem ​

This project creates a unique combination of styles of music and community social and art projects  under one roof- in the heart of Jerusalem- designed for tourists and locals alike as well restoration of historic building with exciting history.Detailed planning:

   1. The historic building has 700 sq. mt. net areas in two floors.  
        

   2. Location: The location is the center of west Jerusalem in the heart of the tourist area.
It is programmed to provide tourists (of the contemporary  generation) and locals alike unique cultural and social activities that will enrich them. 
              

 3. The first floor will house a coffee shop/bar and art gallery    as well as "Hamifal" social-cultural project.  
                                      
 4. Second floor: Firkat El Noor orchestra (Near East) and The  Baroque Orchestra. T
these two orchestras specialize in repertoires which are not common place even around the world-definitely not under one roof.  
             
  5. A new wing will be built in the courtyard which will contain a small concert hall.
 

   6. Some fifty meters away is the new location of  Makon Leshira   (a place for  poetry)  which opens further options for elite cultural  activity
